Version 1.42 of the Multi Channel oscilloscope software is now available for download.
Various changes have been made to add new functionality and to improve basic operations in the software. This is a categorized overview of some of the changes.
WiFiScope WS6 and WiFiScope WS5
The new WiFiScope WS6 and WiFiScope WS5 are now supported.
The WiFiScope WS6 is a battery operated, high resolution, high precision four channel oscilloscope with LAN, WiFi and USB interface.
The WiFiScope WS5 is a battery operated, high resolution, high precision two channel oscilloscope and Arbitrary Waveform Generator with LAN, WiFi and USB interface.
When using the WiFiScope WS6 and WiFiScope WS6 via USB, a new universal instrument driver is required, version 8.1.8. The new driver can be downloaded from the download page.
Pulse decoder I/O
The Pulse decoder I/O has new settings: Unit, Step size, Offset and Pulses per revolution. These allows to convert the decoded steps to be converted to e.g. distance in meters, angle in degrees, etc.
New automatic measurements
New automatic measurements are added, to be used with the cursors and meter:

shows the pulse width of the positive going pulse in the (selected part of the) signal.

shows the pulse width of the negative going pulse in the (selected part of the) signal.
Other changes
Several other minor changes and corrections have been made in the software, to improve controlling instruments and performing measurements.
- Bugfix: Min/Max Detector I/O data could get lost when loading a TPS file
- Minor improvements and fixes.
