In the new video about using the spectrum analyzer, the oscilloscope indicates that a 20 kHz sine wave is measured. But, using the spectrum analyzer is revealed that the signal also contains a 100 kHz sine wave, with an amplitude 45 dB lower than the 20 kHz sine wave.
The spectrum analyzer is therefore the recommended instrument to show multiple frequency components in a signal that are invisible in the oscilloscope!
