Version 0.9 of the LibTiePie library is available for download. LibTiePie is available for Windows and various Linux platforms, including Raspberry Pi, Beaglebone Black, RIoTboard and Wandboard Dual. LibTiePie supports the new WiFiScope WS6 and WiFiScope WS5 and the Handyscope HS6 DIFF, Handyscope HS5, Handyprobe HP3, Handyscope TP450, Handyscope HS4 DIFF,Handyscope HS4 and Handyscope HS3.
Changes in version 0.9:
- LibTiePie supports the new WiFiScope WS6 and WiFiScope WS5, making it possible to write own software for the WiFiScope WS6 and WiFiScope WS5 and to use them in a Linux environment.
- Functions have been added for interfacing with network instruments
- Functions have been added for reading battery status
- Some minor improvements and corrections.

New driver
When using LibTiePie 0.9 in a Windows environment, a new universal driver (version 8.1.8) is required for the WiFiScope WS6 and WiFiScope WS5 (when used via USB). The new driver can be downloaded from the download page.
This driver is a universal driver for all our WiFiScope, Handyscope and Handyprobe USB instruments: only one driver for all instruments.
