TiePie engineering instruments are adjusted and calibrated before they leave the factory. Adjusting and calibration is done on special calibration systems, consisting of a computer and a set of computer controlled calibration generators, computer controlled multimeters, computer controlled switch matrices and special calibration software.
To ensure proper readusting and calibration, instruments that require a readjustment, will have to be sent back to TiePie engineering.

When the form is submitted, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to send your instrument to TiePie engineering.
When TiePie engineering has received the instrument, it will be recalibrated within two working days. TiePie engineering will contact you via the e-mail address you supplied about payment.
